About the Tour
One-Time ONLY Investigation Friday, January 16th
- Investigation to benefit Burleson Historical Foundation. Registration begins at 8:00 pm at The Burleson Visitors Center. We will investigate the Visitors Center and museum, trolley cars, Baker House, West Building, Old Texas Brewing Company, and Grumps Burgers.
- We will then investigate the Old Burleson Police Station and City Jail at the corner of Johnson & Renfro. This is your ONLY CHANCE to investigate the old jail before it is TORN DOWN following the investigation!
- $25 per person, cash only. Call 817-295-5121 to reserve a spot. See you there!
- The Investigation of the Old Jail and Police Station will occur instead of the tour on Friday, January 16th.
When & Where
Tours meets every Friday and Saturday nights at the Burleson Visitors Center at 124 W. Ellison St.
Tours begin at 7:30 p.m. and can last up to 2.5 hours. If desired, the Baker Houses can be visited at the end of the tour. A visit to the Baker Houses will require another hour.
- Check out this March 2022 capture from the vault within the Johnson County Courthouse in Cleburne! A previous tour member that volunteers at the courthouse sent this to our group. The print was not there when they locked up the previous day and was discovered the next morning. Keep the pics coming guys!

Tickets are $15.00 for adults. Cash only please. Group rates are available for 10 or more.

Tour Locations
The Burleson Visitors Center
Located at 124 W. Ellison St. in the historic interurban depot. The depot was the last remaining Interurban Station on the Fort Worth to Cleburne line.
Interurban Express Motor #330 Rail Car
The oldest rail car of its kind in North Texas.
#411 Parlor Car
A 1918 interurban car that ran between Fort Worth and Dallas.
Babe's Chicken Dinner House
This building opened in 1905 as the Wilson Brothers Company. It once housed a funeral parlor and casket manufacturing business.
